He was predeceased by: his former wife Ann Adams Hulcy; his parents, Cordia Hulcy and Silas Wesley Hulcy; and his brothers, Charles and Dale Hulcy.
He is survived by: his wife Floy Sue Everett Hulcy; his sister Carla Hulcy Taack; his children, Joel, Derrel Hulcy and Kimberly Kelemen; and his stepchildren, Bobby Everett, Cathy Watson and Susan Leal. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren and 5 step-great-grandchildren.
