He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Wilkins (Tim); his grandchildren, Brady Wilkins and Ally Wilkins; his brothers, Jeff Harper and Joe Harper (Charlotte); and his sister-in-law Gloria Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
