It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Gene Talley of Jefferson, Texas, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester Talley and Mary Talley; his former wife Betty Nell Tolleson; his wife Charlotte Holly Talley; his daughters, Connie Lynn Guillory (Bryan) of Baton Rouge and Carla Kay Jordan (Jerome) of Jefferson, Texas; his grandchildren, Laura Renee Nickens (Nathaniel), Casey Lynn Solano (Adrian) and Brandon Carl Guillory; his great grandchildren, Dallas Howell, Cailynn Solano, Briana Solano and Kallie Nickens; and his brothers, James Talley and William Talley (Ann). He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
