He is survived by: his wife Betty Montgomery Bollman; his sons, David Lance Bollman (Judy) of Jefferson and Ricky Bollman (Cindy) of Jefferson; his grandchildren, Joe Paul Bollman, David Bollman, Amanda Young (Brandon), Nicholas Moore (Ashley), Heather Biddy (Caleb) and Ryan Bollman; his great grandchildren, Sean, Dallas, Niko Bollman, Linkin Young, Skyler, Tyler, Maddie Biddy, Liam and Taylor Moore; his sister Bettye Jean; and his brother-in-law Mac Spruell.
