He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda; his fathers, Olin Davis Kipp and Al Kirkland; and his great grandchild Lila Kipp. He is survived by: his sons, Rick Kipp (Sheli) of Longview, David Kipp of College Station and Kevin Kipp (Karen) of Jasper, Texas; and his grandchildren, Chris Kipp (Alyson), Meagan Kipp Eastburn (Zack), Shelby Kipp, Josh Kipp, Kelsey Kipp Cogliano (Adam), Kaylee Kipp, Caroline Kipp Delin (Ryan) and Lane Kipp (Claire).
