He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Ellis and Gertie Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Vina Mae Ellis of Jasper, Texas; his children, Malcom Ellis (Nancy) of Colmesneil, Texas and Pam Johnson (Tony) of Jasper, Texas; his grandson Samuel Ellis (Whitney); and his great grandchild Hogan Ellis.
