He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jeanette, Kent Peterson of Goodyear and Melissa Heal of Flagstaff; his mother Laura Levassar (Puckitt) of Jasper; his siblings, Mike McCurley of Jasper, Mitch McCurley of Port Neches, Brad Levassar of Jasper, Marsha Adams of Holly Springs and Michelle McCurley of Lumberton; his grandchildren, Sadie and Bryn McCurley; and his stepgrandchildren, Andy, Josh, Peter, Amanda, Leah, Aryn and Connror.
