He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Wagstaff and Pauline Wagstaff; and his siblings, Jerry Wagstaff, Larry Wagstaff and Dora Wagstaff Owens.
He is survived by: his son Donnie Wagstaff (Tammy) of Jasper, Texas; his stepchildren, Joey Wilson (Debbie) of Tyler, Ronnie Wilson (Donna) of Jasper, Texas and Elaine Williams (Mike) of Jasper, Texas; and his siblings, Jimmy Wagstaff (Kathy) of Jasper, Randy Wagstaff (Debbie) of Morrison, Oklahoma and May Bass of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and thirty-six great grandchildren.
