She was predeceased by: her daughter Leslie Louise Collins-Johnson; her parents, Ivory Hadnot Sr. and Annie Ruby Hadnot; and her brother Larry Hadnot. She is survived by: her husband Horace Beatty Collins; her sons, Bruce Collins (Teresa) of Jasper and Boris Collins (Dessie) of Beaumont; her brother Ivory Hadnot Jr. of Jasper; and her aunt Johnie Lee Hadnot of Jasper. She is also survived by step brothers, (1) step sister, (1) step daughter and (1) step son and (7) grandchildren.
