With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles DeRouen of Jasper, Texas, born in Avery Island, Louisiana, who passed away on December 14, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred DeRouen and Irma Delcambre DeRouen; and his siblings, J. C., Roy DeRouen and Sadie DeRouen Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Parker DeRouen; his children, Robin DeRouen (Voncile) of Plano, Alex DeRouen (Kara) of Buna, Texas and Nicole Muldrow (Dennis) of Jasper, Texas; his sister Sherry Thibodeaux; his grandchildren, Rachel Mann (Tyler) of Buda, Suzanne DeRouen of San Marcos, Morgan Cyr (Justin) of Kountze, Justin DeRouen of Buna, Texas and Kenley DeRouen of Buna, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Cyr and Riley Cyr.
