He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Hebert Beard (Hebert) and Benjamin Franklin Beard, Jr.; and his children, Benjamin Franklin Beard, IV and Sheila Marie Viator. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Beck, Debby Neyland, Dorothy Evans and Kim Neyland; and his sister Ann Latimer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and multiple great grandchildren.
