She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Martin Jenkins and Ressie Lee Downey Jenkins; her husband James Blair; her sisters, Ruby Koontz and Faye Nichols; and her grandson Adam Frye.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deidre Miller (Geoffrey Miller) of Warner Robins, GA, Jennifer Watson (Jimmy Watson) of Fort Worth, TX and Shari DiMond (David DiMond) of Canyon Lake, CA; her siblings, Jimmy Jenkins (Bernice Tanner) of Michigan, Gerald Jenkins (Helen) of Virginia, David Jenkins (Karen) of California, Ray Jenkins of Georgia and Martha Lynch of Virginia; her grandchildren, Stephanie Lux, Christine Miller, Jade Watson, Ashley Feese, Briana Langevin, Joy Andrews and John Kulesza; her great grandchildren, Elayna Miller, Zyon McCoy, Lizzay McCoy, Oliver Frye, Landon Frye, Ryker Feese, Madelyn Shumsky, Kendall Kulesza and Reese Kulesza; and her extended family, Pat Hooper, Karla Murray, Michael Murdock, Ashley Murdock, Chance Murray, Colton Spray, Adeline Murray and Arthur Murray.
