She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Mims and Denise Mims (Cavazos); her son Jon Travis; her sister Ronda Starr; her sisters-in-law, Doyla Cannon and Brenda Mazingo; and her parents-in-law, Mona and Doyle Pearson.
She is survived by: her husband Danny Pearson of Jacksonville; her son Jason Beasley (Meghan) of Jacksonville; her sisters, Sharla Phillips of White House and Megan Mims (Thumper Morris) of Jacksonville; and her grandchild Rylan Clakley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
