He is survived by: his daughters, Kertina Franklin and Phillips (Michael); his siblings, Donnell Franklin (Joycelyn), Erma Diallo, Bettie Williams, Dorothy Franklin and Brenda Stafford; his grandchildren, Kendrick Franklin, Jamilya Richardson and Kendrick D. Franklin; his great grandchildren, Ziyuan, JaKynslyn Franklin, JaKai and JaKhari Richardson; his aunts, Helen Alford and Carrie James; his sister Ella Lacy (Jessie); and his children, Roshunda Hughes, Winter Harper, Bobby Williams and Vickie Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
