It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lu Anne W. Knowles (Hurst, Texas), who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Phil Knowles; her parents, Lewis Whitcher and Thelma Whitcher; and her sister Janet Day. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Susan), Beth and Rev. Bill Lowrey (Kathryn); her grandchildren, Nathan Craig (Ashley), Thomas, Josiah (Yanting) and Aaron Lowrey; and her brothers, David Whitcher and Bill Whitcher (Chris).
