He is survived by: his wife Barbara Price Green; his children, Deborah Green Parker (Kevin), John Allen Green, Jr. (Lori) and Stephen Gregory Green; and his grandchildren, Austin Green, Maegan Kendricks (Ashton), Carter Green, Zachary Green, Grant Green and Vivian Green. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
