She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Madzik; and her siblings, Billie Joan Posey, Doris June Carlson, Bobby Lee Andrews, Douglas Mac Andrews, Stacey LaVern Andrews and Stephen Michael Andrews.
She is survived by: her children, Fredrick Hicks of Roland, Oklahoma, Rebecca Gilbreath of Hurst, Texas, Elizabeth Hughes of Dublin, Texas, Catherine Price of Roanoke, Texas and Dorothy Keith of Colorado Springs, Colorado.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
