He was predeceased by: his sisters, Judith Vaughn and Joy Staton; and his parents, Milford Vernon Staton and Wanda Maxine Staton. He is survived by: his wife Gayla Staton; his sons, Kevin Staton and Bryan Staton (Amy); his granddaughters, Lily and Ivy Staton; and his sister Gayle Carter (Bobby).
