She is survived by: her children, Nicola Sorrells (Richard Sorrells) and Tamyra Pladson (Steve Pladson); her stepchildren, Debra Oelkers, Kevin Kitzmiller (Sonya Gonzalez) and Glen Kitzmiller (Naomi); her brother Donald Janowski; her cousin Craig Hambrick (Carol); her nephew Mickey Charles Watson (Linda Dickey); and her niece C. J. Sheppler (Tom). She is also survived by her twenty-one grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
