He was predeceased by: his parents, LaNell Sapp (Horn) and Larry Don Sapp; his grandparents, Erwin Lee, Berta Nell Horn, Lewis and Dora Sapp; and his brother-in-law Robert Burnette.
He is survived by: his sister Lynn Miller; his brother-in-law Johnny of Midland; his brother Butch Sapp; his sister-in-law Mary Jane of Lufkin; his brother Lewis Sapp; his sister-in-law Libby of Huntington; his siblings, Lisa Burnette of Midland and Troy Sapp; and his sister-in-law Teresa of Midland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
