He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Faye (Pierce) and Fredrick Allen Berquist. He is survived by: his wife Annie Emanis-Berquist of Cushing; his daughter Lindsay Berquist; his son-in-law Myke Harris of Houston; his stepchildren, Lacey Emanis of Cushing, Danelle Emanis of Cushing and Dane Emanis of Reklaw; his grandson Xenos Berquist of Houston; his stepgrandchildren, Zoe, Asa, Eli, Jed, Boe and Shiloh; his mother-in-law Margie Green of Lufkin; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Susan Berquist of Lufkin; his sister Tina; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Taylor (Joan) of Lufkin, Ernie Farrar (Judi) of Lunenburg, Doug Goodall (Don) of Wetumpka, Alabama and Kim Peters of Marietta, Ohio; his stepbrother Jerry Peters Dunnellon of Florida; his daughter Lori Green; his former wife Ginger Lumpkin; and his father-in-law Jack Green. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
