He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Julia (Haley) and Robert Edward Lee Barley; and his wife Betty Lou Barley. He is survived by: his son Hayden; his daughter-in-law Jeanette Barley of Huntington; his daughter Julie; his son-in-law Jimmy Fikaris of Houston; his son Steve Barley of LaPorte; his granddaughter Katie Fikaris; his great grandchildren, Keaton Pullen and Kynzlee Pullen; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Watlington of Snow and Betty Douthitt of Palestine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
