He is survived by: his great-uncle Bishop Emeritus René H. Gracida; his aunts, Judy Beust Harrington, Audrey Beust McMurray and Sara Miller Beust; his cousins, Alex, Annie Beust, Cris, Jack, Emma Harrington, Stuart, MaryCarmen McMurray (Mimi), C. James McMurray, Ralph (Dickie), Jason, Lisa Marie Allen, Willy, Sam, Rachel Allen, Randy, Georgie Marie Allen, Lindsey, Matthew and Amber Allen; and his father Aldine High.
Blake gave in death, as he gave in life, with organ/tissue donations LifeGift and Autism BrainNet. Please, in lieu of flowers, consider donations to these two organizations. (Special thanks to Diana Allen for her help with compiling Blake's pictures.).
