He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Cavender and Minnie Cavender; his wife Frankie; his daughter Karon; and his grandson Brooks.
He is survived by: his children, Chris, Lynn Cavender (Brenda) and Kay Mills (Tony); and his grandsons, Shane Cavender, Matt Cavender, Shawn Cavender, Clark Cavender, Tate Mills, Joseph Mills and Nicholas Cavender. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Howe Methodist Church (810 N Denny St, Howe, TX 75459). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
