She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brownell and Florence Schram Brownell; and her husband Steve. She is survived by: her children, Lura Marie Crawford (Harry Crawford), Terry Lee Winborn (Ruth Winborn), Phyllis Gail Johnson (Jim Johnson), Bashir Khan and Steve; her grandchildren, Robert Todd Nelson, Vicki Nelson, Courtney Ramsey and Ashley Reinhardt; her stepgrandchildren, Jay Johnson, Kevin Roberts, Kam Daniel and Kayla Albrecht; and her friend Phyllis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren.

A reception will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home (12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077).
