He was predeceased by: his parents, David Welbourne and Zeddie Carolyn Morgan; and his brother Michael Thomas Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Jeanna; his daughter Emily; his brother John Mark (Patricia Morgan); his children, Lauren, Brandon, Stephen (Brandi) and Matthew Quian; his great-nephews, Jameson Quian and Hudson Quian; and also, Angela and Charles Heuer.
