She is survived by: her mother Gladys Rodgers; her daughters, Cheryl Blanton (Craig), Charlotte Prince and Cathy Upshaw; her grandchildren, April Trossbach (Andy), Krystal Upshaw (Philip), Amy Sanford and Kenneth Upshaw Jr.; her great grandchildren, Donald Litteral, Gauge Trossbach and Kairo Upshaw; and her pets, Winter, Pepper and Gunner. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greater Faith Baptist Church (9235 W Montgomery Rd, Houston, TX 77088). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Paradise Funeral Home & Cemetery North (10401 W Montgomery Rd, Houston, TX 77088).
