She was predeceased by: her grandfather Harold Agnew. She is survived by: her parents, Kerri Agnew-Osborne and Scott Osborne of Glenwood; her sisters, Briana Herman (Agnew) of Houston and Rachel Ortega (Maizie Jensen); her grandparents, Connie Agnew of Glenwood, Faye Hampton of Des Moines and John Osborne of Omaha, Nebraska; her uncles, Alan Agnew of Glenwood, Kevin Agnew of Flower Mound, John Osborne, Brian Osborne and Des Moines; and also James Ortega of Rosharon, Texas.
The family has designated JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) for memorial contributions.
