She is survived by: her brothers, Jacob and Willem Jan; her sons, Dick and Adrian; her granddaughter Gabrielle; her daughters-in-law, Nicci and Missy; her grandchildren, Bethany, Madeleine, Ian, Murphy, Amelia, Max and Thijs; her grandson-in-law Alex; and also Jason. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
