He is survived by: his stepchildren, Sharon Marie Sowell and Stephen James Sowell; his wife Susan Russell of Hillsboro; his sister Kelly Pannell (Joe) of Tullahoma, TN; and his nieces, Jeni Honbarrier (Tripp) of Nowata, OK, Keri Moore of Huntsville, AL and Mekayla Russell of Abilene.
