Wigginton (Sapp); his sons, Randy Wigginton (Jana) of Hillsboro and Kenneth Todd Wigginton (Kristine) of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Chelsea Noel (Cody), Kirsten Peabody (Caleb) and Tobyn Matthew Wigginton; his great grandchildren, Bailee Rogers, Ayla Peabody and Hadley Noel; and his siblings, Barbara Helterbrand of Hillsboro, Richard Wigginton (Edith) of Seaman and Harlan Wigginton (Sue) of Dayton, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
