She was predeceased by: her sisters, Mary Alice Martinez and Martha Flynn. She is survived by: her husband Greg Mason of Hillsboro; her parents, Matias "Mike" and Oralia Martinez of Midlothian; her children, Amanda Huerta (David) of Midlothian, Rachel Ortega of Midlothian and Gregory Mason Jr.; her siblings, Mike Martinez of Ovilla, Margaret Ellenwood (Kenny) of Kerrville, Minerva Silva (Jeff) of Mansfield, Melinda Alcorn (Matt) of Midlothian, Melissa Hargrove (Russell) of Midlothian and Melva Jones (Mike) of Midlothian; her grandchildren, David Huerta, Anthony Delarosa, Maximo Huerta, Nicolas Huerta, Ruby Ortega, Isabella Huerta and Elijah Mason; and her mother-in-law Teresa Mason of Hillsboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
