She is survived by: her son Kirk Spain of Hereford; her daughter-in-law Marva Spain; her granddaughters, Trisha Spain of Justin, Kathryn Winston (Dominique) of Kileen and Ashly Adcox (Cassidy) of Amarillo; her great grandchildren, Lydia Gifford of Justin, Grady, Henry Adcox of Amarillo and D. J. Winston of Killeen, Texas.; her sister Chris Crawford of Tulia; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Tiner (Joe Campbell) and Tom Spain (Lori) of Nacogdoches. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
