He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Baxter of Hereford; his children, Carla Leingang (Aaron) of Pierre and Rex Baxter (Wendy) of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Andrew, Morgan, Collin, Will, Avery, Vaughn, Averi and Luke; and his nephews, Joe Baxter and Johnny Baxter.
