It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vonnie Elliott of Hereford, Texas, born in Cedar Rapids, Nebraska, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kunzman and Irene Kunzman (Krings); her former husbands, Bill Koozer and Mike Elliott; her daughter Mary Pierce; and her brother Paul Kunzman.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Betzen (Kelvin) of Amarillo, Karen McPherson (Gary) of Hereford, Joni Koozer of Lubbock and Dane Elliott (Barbara) of Naturita, Colorado; her sister-in-law Aggie Kunzman of Alliance, Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Phillip Betzen (Lori), Kyla Hamilton (Homer), Todd Betzen (Cristin), Garrick McPherson (Lesley), Wade McPherson (Kelsey), Travis Connor, Lacey Elliott and Reagan Pierce. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
