He is survived by: his parents, Valentin, Sr. Garcia and Matilde Garcia (Mancha) of Hereford; his sister Armandina Lira of Hereford; his children, Eduardo Garcia (Brandy) of Las Cruces, Christafer Rios Garcia (Jessica), San Antonio, Valenti Garcia III of Juarez, Mexico, Marisela Garcia (Michael Turchi) of Michigan and Esperanza Montya of Juarez, Mexico; and his aunt Thomasita Cortez. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two nieces and two nephews, sixteen great nieces and nephews.
