He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hose Cabezuela and Lucia Cabezuela (Calanchi); his wife Rita Zapata Cabezuela (Zapata) of Hereford; his children, Jose Luiz Cabezuela (Diana) of Hereford, Alonzo Cabezuela (Beatriz Barrett) of Amarillo, Ernesto Cabezuela (Debra Ann) of Hereford, Hortencia Cabezuela of Amarillo, Roberto Cabezuela (Ana) of Luxenborg, David Cabezuela (Anna Marie) of San Antonio, Texas, Serapio Cabezuela, Jr. (Cecelia) of Hereford and Rodlfo Cabezuela; his great grandchild Rudy Isaiah Ruiz; and his siblings, Demetria Baeza, Maria De Jesús Montez, Antonia Cabezuela, Alfonsa Porras, Moises Cabezuela, Eugenio Cabezuela and Mereguildo Cabezuela. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
