She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Reed and Loree Reed (Ivins); her stepfather Sam Pruitt; her husband Larry "Pops" Walterscheid; her brother Gary Reed; her son-in-law Leonard Nikkel; and her stepson Eric Walterscheid.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Laningham (David) of Amarillo, Tamara Hamilton of Amarillo and Homer Hamilton (Kyla) of Amarillo; her stepchildren, Kristin Will (David) of Amarillo, Kent Walterscheid (Angela) of Prosper and Jason Walterscheid (Callie) of Panhandle; and her stepdaughter-in-law Deborah Walterscheid of Amarillo, Texas. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 step-great grandchildren on the way and numerous step siblings.
