She is survived by: her parents, Jose Antonio Dominguez and Frances Ortiz; her children, Anthony Ramirez of Hereford and Janett Dominguez of Hereford; her brother Vergil Ortiz of Grand Prairie; and her grandmother Minnie Ortiz of Hereford, Texas.. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
