She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Frank and Ella Bernice Parker (Rice); her husband Don Noyes; her daughter Lyn Rayburn; and her siblings, Frank, Richard, Monroe, Cecil, Rodney Parker and Louise Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Noyes of Amarillo, David Noyes (Leslie) of Havana, FL., Angie Hammons (Steve) of Amarillo and Amy Noyes (Angeline Reinart) of Tulsa, OK.; her sisters, Elsie Duggins of Las Vegas and Donna Morley (Adrian) of Lovington, NM.; her grandchildren, Christie Lord (Eddie Laury), Russell Bagwell (Ashlee), Jason Noyes (Liz), Ashley Houzenga (Stephen), Nicholas Hammons (Amanda), Brad Noyes (Machelle), Sarah Noyes, Parker Hammons, Logan Hammons (Kendra Jenkins) and Ean Noyes (Carissa); and her great grandchildren, Colton Bagwell, Stephen Lord, Preston Lord, Anna Hamel, Ben Bagwell, Sydney Morris, Cooper Noyes, Dominique, Jackson Noyes, Garrett, McKayla, Harper Houzenga, Michael, Carter Hammons and Bentley Noyes. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
