He was predeceased by: his parents, Aniceto Garza and Petra Garza (Martinez); and his siblings, David Garza and Josephine Alejandre. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Armendariz; and his children, Melinda Tijerina (Gilbert) of Greeley, CO., Sandra Rodriguez (Robert) of Hereford, Harvey Garza, Jr. (Priscilla) of Amarillo, Belinda Villegas (Sylvester) of Dumas and Lori Garza of Hereford, Texas. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
