It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esperanza Pesina of Hereford, Texas, born in Ballinger, Texas, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leopoldo Perales and Beatrice Perales (Bermea); and her sister Lupe Perez. She is survived by: her husband Ray Pesina of Hereford, Texas; her daughter Leah Pesina (Minjunn Kang) of Hereford, Texas; her siblings, Maggie Castillo of Amarillo, Lisa Mendoza (Joe Leatherwood) of Amarillo, Esmeralda Cisneros of Amarillo, Delfine Fox (Robert Russell) of Nashville, Michael Perales of Amarillo and Leopoldo Perales of Dallas, Texas; her parents-in-law, Daniel and Delfina Pesina of Hereford, Texas; and her pets, Hanna, Sixx and Bubba. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
