It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aurelio Norez-Chavez of Hereford, Texas, born in Presidio, Texas, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Macario Norez and Petra Norez (Chavez); his wife Velia Norez; his siblings, Atilano, Juan Norez and Santos Norez; and his grandchildren, Omar and Vanessa Norez.
He is survived by: his children, Gerardo Norez (Lorena) of Hereford, Hector Norez (Monica) of Albuquerque, NM., Adan Norez (Nora) of Hereford, Aurelio Norez (Lupe) of Liberal, KS., Jesus Norez (Marisela) of Albuquerque, NM., Atilano Norez (Soledad) of Midland, Oscar Norez (Maria) of Hereford and Irene Norez (Armando) of Hereford, Texas. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
