He is survived by: his children, Elsa Casarez Barajas (Crecencio Jr.), Lilia Casarez Hamby (James), Dora Luna (George), Acension Casarez Jr., Gerardo Casarez (Isabel), Ricardo Casarez and Raul Casarez (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Audrey, Chris, Rhaelynn, Michelle, Danny, Sarah, Monica, David, Maranda, Savannah, Celeste, Alyssa of AreyAnna, J. C., Brandi, Sean, Hillary, Chloe, Camila and Caleb Raul.
