He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Page and Joanne Burch; his stepfather Troy Burch; and his siblings, Troy Daniel Burch, Lydia Jean Page, Susan Atkinson and Ramona Burch.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Page (Wanda) of San Augustine, Freddy Page (Patty) of San Augustine and Melissa Hassell of Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
