He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur LeBlanc and Mary LeBlanc; his wife Kathryn LeBlanc of Harker Heights; his children, Marc LeBlanc of Cary, NC, Suzanne LeBlanc of Killeen and Michele LeBlanc of Harker Heights; and his sister Joan Thorpe of Ventura, CA. He was also cherished by three grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
