He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Blaise and Dorothy Blaise; his wife Linda Blaise; his son Jerry Blaise; and his siblings, Terry Blaise and Anna Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Blaise of Harker Heights, Aimee Graham of Harker Heights, Kim White of Indiana, Patty Gunningham of Texas and Ardell Blaise, Jr. of Oklahoma; and his brother Richard Blaise of Kingsland. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
