She is survived by: her daughter Courtney Birmingham (Bryan); her grandchildren, Brennan and Brylee Birmingham; and her sisters, Debra Holland and Lana Clift (Terry). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives, and friends.
