He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe and Juanita; and his brother Joe Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ramona C. Benavides; his children, Raul Jr., Paul, John (Linda), Joey (Melanie), Shane Pritchard and Michelle Strother (Berry); and his brothers, Freddy, Larry (Lino), Willie, Richard and Mike. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
