He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Rice and Ruthie Mae Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughter Monika; his grandchildren, Chelsie, Markus, Marquise, Kerian and Brianna; his great grandchildren, Ja'Vala, Ja'King, Jayceon, Kai and Marcus; his sisters, Ruby Cooper and Alice Marshall; and his brother-in-law Louis Shelton. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
